  Some employees are very rude and have no customer service expertise at all. Hiring management should pay more attention to who they hire. No matter where one works they should take their job seriously, after all the customer is why employees get paid bi weekly.

  Worst Braums on the planet!! I have lived by this Braums for 27 years and this is the worst it has ever been! Every time I go through the drive-thru they hand out my shake with ice cream and milk all over the side of it, filthy EVERYTIME!! It's not like 1 or 2 people do it, EVERY ONE OF THEM! They have little kids working in there that don't have any respect for customers, their always playing around, and did I mention every time I get something in the drive thru it isn't wiped down! EVER!! I'm so done with this store, I will be driving 2 extra miles to go to the one by the highway, what makes it worse is the managers don't do anything to fix this issue, I have to tell them to wipe my cup off every time! I used to work at Braums when I was younger too, so I know how they are supposed to do things! Very poor management!!

  I like this location better than the one that is by I-40. If you or your family are into the Pokemon Go, the Braum's sign is a Gym.
